Freeride's latest work, the film Where the trail ends has won awards in Best Cinematogrphay at X-Dance 2012, Best Director at X-Dance 2012, and Best Adrenaline Film at the Kendal Mountain Film Festival. The film is also featured as part of the Banff International Film Festival World Tour.

We have just wrapped our post production on 2 new exciting commercials for The North Face featuring a high end 3D graphic treatment. Shot in the hillsides of England, the commercials highlight the Hayasa Shoe and the Better than Naked Jacket soon to be released here in our featured videos.

Teaming up with The North Face, our media production is in full swing with the first commercial in rotation on television networks across North America. Shot in the Whistler backcountry, the commercial is a showcase of the highly technical Hyvent products and features a multi-dimensional graphic treatment. Our post production facilities are putting the finishing touches on more commercials from The North Face, stay tuned.

We are asking ourselves where did the summer go? Yes, its September already and it has been a busy summer. Working with Contour, we have had the pleasure to spend some time with Rhys Millen in his chase for the Pikes Peak record, Sean Pettit and his friends being kids of mayhem and kayak madman Steve Fisher. Other clients Red Bull, Specialized and The North Face are providing us with exciting opportunities soon to be released in new feature videos.

Just wrapped, we headed to Solvang, CA to shoot a Contour commercial with one of the Godfathers of freestyle Motocross, Carey Hart. Thanks to Carey and the Hart and Huntington crew for a great couple of days. Stay tuned for the commercial to be released in the coming weeks.

Contour provided us with a great opportunity to travel to El Salvador recently with singer/songwriter and pro surfer Donovan Frankenreiter. The week long shoot featured 3 am wake up calls as Donovan is truely a passionate surfer paddling in the water before sunrise. We will be releasing a 3 minute clip on Donovan's adventures in the coming months.

Working with our friends at Red Bull Canada, we teamed up with the Toronto Maple Leafs captain Dion Phaneuf to produce a high end commercial featuring Dion and his intense training schedule. Shot in Toronto and the beautiful province of PEI, Dion shows us why he was chosen to lead the Leafs. To see the 1 min commercial check it out in the work section. Legendary in the core skiing circles, Whitewater Ski Resort has the bangers for the mash! Our favorite winter playground approached us to create a viral video campaign showcasing the true soul and beauty of the resort. One of these videos was a 30 second commercial for national and international airtime which you can check out in the work section.
